This morning, I did a Google search after realizing I had a backed-up drain issue and came across Drains R Us Sewer and Drain Cleaning. When I called, I spoke with Eddie, the owner, who arrived at my house within an hour to assess the situation. He quickly determined that my sump pump had burned out. Eddie then went to Home Depot, picked up a new one, vacuumed out all the backed-up water, and installed the new pump quickly and efficiently, all for a reasonable price. I was very happy to find such a knowledgeable, responsive, and efficient company. With that said, I highly recommend Drains R Us Sewer and Drain Cleaning to anyone with similar issues.
